Warranty Policy
AXCELLIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS
Coverage Scope
Our warranty protects against manufacturing defects exclusively. Coverage excludes damage resulting from:
- Accidents or impacts
- Improper usage or negligence
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Liquid exposure (unless explicitly rated waterproof)
- Normal deterioration from use
- Electrical surges or power irregularities
- Cosmetic imperfections
- Incorrect installation
- Incompatible accessories, charging equipment, or power sources
- Removal or alteration of serial numbers, barcodes, or security markings
Documentation Requirements
Mandatory for All Claims:
- Original product packaging
- Complete contents (accessories, documentation, warranty certificates)
- Original proof of purchase
- Original warranty card
We strongly recommend retaining all packaging, receipts and warranty card until the warranty period concludes.
Additional Conditions
- Warranty apply solely to original purchasers and cannot be transferred
- All claims require evaluation by certified technicians to establish eligibility
- Remedy options (repair, replacement, or refund) are determined by suppliers or manufacturers
- Software issues, data loss, business interruption, and consequential damages are excluded

• Anker – 12 months
• Soundcore – 12 months
• Eufy Home & Security – 12 months
• EcoFlow Power Stations – 5 years
• Bluetti Power Stations – 5 years (except model EB3A – 2 years)
• Vestwoods Power Stations – 2 years
• All other brands (unless specified otherwise) – 6 months
• Laptop Bags, Sleeves and Backpacks – No guarantee
Warranty Processing Timeline
The complete warranty process takes ten (10) business days from the date the defective item is received at an Axcellis store or authorized service center. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays. Processing includes a full evaluation and inspection of the item in accordance with the relevant brand guidelines and Axcellis internal policies.
Warranty Costs
Warranty claims are processed at no direct cost to the client. However, if the client requests a pick-up and drop-off service for the defective item — from their location to the Axcellis store or authorized service center, and back — the full cost of that courier or logistics service shall be borne by the client.
Acceptance of Warranty Terms
All purchases made at Axcellis are subject to these warranty terms and conditions. By completing a purchase — whether in-store or through any other documented channel — the client acknowledges and unconditionally accepts these terms. A successful and documented transaction at Axcellis constitutes full and binding acceptance of this warranty policy, with no exceptions.
