Special Considerations for Non-Metropolitan Deliveries
For shipments outside Nairobi, articles exceeding 5 kilograms may incur additional charges beyond standard rates. In such instances, our team will contact you via telephone, instant message, or electronic mail to discuss supplementary costs.
INSPECTION PROTOCOL UPON RECEIPT
Immediate Verification Required: Recipients must examine deliveries for imperfections, transport damage, or incomplete contents before accepting. We cannot process returns for defects, damages, or missing components once delivery is acknowledged.
Metropolitan Nairobi: Should issues be detected, refuse acceptance immediately and notify our customer care team at (+254) 755 685 074 or shop@axcellis.ke within twelve hours.
Outside Nairobi: Retain the shipment temporarily and contact our support team within the same twelve-hour window. We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
DELIVERY LOGISTICS
Processing Timeline: Orders ship within 1-2 business days following submission and payment confirmation.
Carriers: For non-metropolitan destinations, we utilize established courier services including G4S, Wells Fargo Courier, Easy Coach, and Mash Courier.
Operating Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 10:00AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday & Public Holidays: 11:00AM – 7:00 PM
Delay notifications will be communicated proactively.
